Targeted at students in grades 4-8, this exhibition strives to educate visitors about the function of fashion throughout world cultures. Objects are organized by clothing type and placed in cases resembling walk-in closets. Visitors vote on whether they think the item was inteded for status, attraction, survival or self-expression and can try on clothes on a catwalk.
Fashion Statement - Principal Designer and Co-Developer. University of the Arts Design Studio class project, taken through schematic design phase. Close collaboration with a peer who developed the content for the exhibition. Located in a 500 sq ft space in the theoretical Podunk Museum of Design.
